World Scholar’s Cup Global Round
Harrow Shenzhen shone at the World Scholar’s Cup Global Round in Kuala Lumpur! Our teams won 17 medals.

“Bow Seat” Ocean Awareness Programs
Harrow Shenzhen student Ingrid (Year 8) has earned remarkable recognition in the world’s largest environmental youth program for the creative arts.
In the Junior Poetry & Spoken Word category, her poem “An Arctic Ballad” stood out among over 5,200 global entries. This achievement earned her a notable award.
Model United Nations Conference
The Harrow Shenzhen delegation joined students from more than 20 schools at SIS Shenzhen for the Model United Nations Conference. They engaged with peers from across Shenzhen and China. MUN conferences offer invaluable opportunities for students to deepen their understanding of global citizenship and deliberate on critical world issues.
Our students proudly represented Harrow Shenzhen. They actively contributed to discussions in committees such as the Disarmament Committee, World Health Assembly, Security Council, and UN General Assembly.
LAMDA Exams
We are thrilled to share the outstanding results from our recent LAMDA exams. An impressive 100% of Upper School students passed with flying colours! A special mention goes to one student who achieved an exceptional score of 92/100. This is truly an incredible achievement!
LAMDA exams are a core part of our Harrow Diploma Activities (HDA). They offer students the opportunity to showcase their talents in public speaking, acting, and more. In addition to our existing exams, we’re excited to expand this year with LAMDA Acting (Bronze) and Acting (Gold)—with the latter earning UCAS points for university applications.

Festival Internazionale Leonardo Da Vinci Awards
Harrow Shenzhen students have demonstrated exceptional talent in the field of art. We extend our congratulations to Annabelle (Year 8) for receiving the Gold Award at the Festival Internazionale Leonardo Da Vinci. We also congratulate Alexandra (Year 3) for earning the Bronze Award for her artwork.
The Festival Internazionale Leonardo Da Vinci is jointly organised by the Municipality of Vinci, the Da Vinci Museum in Italy, and the Da Vinci International Cultural and Artistic Exchange Association. It is supported by the Italian Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Rome.
10th Singapore Raffles International Music Festival
From July 19-22, the Harrow Shenzhen Chamber Orchestra, led by conductor Seow YiBin from the Singapore National Youth Orchestra and our music teacher Mr Yoon Foong Wong, excelled at the 10th Singapore Raffles International Music Festival. They earned top honours both as a group and as individual performers. Congratulations to our exceptional musicians!
International Piano Competition Awards
Cathy, a Year 9 student at Harrow Shenzhen, has recently been invited to host a piano recital. She has gained significant recognition by winning numerous awards in prestigious competitions. These include the IPPA Coreno International Piano Competition, the Steinway National Youth Piano Competition, and the SAKURA International Young Artists Competition in Japan.
2024 Forbes China Youth Dance Competition
Angel (Year 4) achieved notable success at the 2024 Forbes China Youth Dance Competition in Guangzhou. Last month, she also participated in the “Meet the Stars” charity concert.
Incredible Achievements in Equestrian Event
Congratulations to our talented Harrow Shenzhen students at the FIMA CSI*2024 Equestrian Jumping City Series Elite Competition in Guangzhou!
Heaven (Year 9) – 1st place in 60CM
Annabelle (Year 8) – 2nd place in 60 CM & 3rd place in 80CM
Jennifer (Year 7) made us incredibly proud by competing in the 6th round of the Guangdong Provincial Equestrian Association. She rode her way to the individual championship!
Demi(Year 5) secured the team championship in the Dressage competition at the 6th Youth Sports Games in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
Qianhai International School Simulation World Cup
A big shoutout to Harrow Shenzhen’s young soccer stars! Through grit, teamwork, and embodying Harrow values, they secured 3rd place in the inaugural Qianhai International School Simulation World Cup. Here’s to even greater victories in the future!
Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award
We are proud to announce that 52 of our Harrow Shenzhen students have successfully completed the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Adventurous Journey!
This experience pushed them beyond their comfort zones, fostering teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills. The Adventurous Journey provided a unique opportunity for students to engage with the environment and make meaningful decisions. It also allowed them to embrace personal growth through real-world situations.
Their success is a testament to their determination, courage, and willingness to venture into the unknown.
